Goals of the Course [JPN] | | | 私たちをとりまく環境は、私たちの健康に様々な影響を与える。例えば最近、全世界的に問題となっているコロナウイルス感染症のみならず、日本人死因の第1位である“がん”の発症は、DNAに影響する紫外線、食物などの環境物質や、細菌およびウイルス感染を原因とすることがわかっている。本講義シリーズでは、医学研究に携わる専門家が疾患発生の基礎から最新の治療までをわかりやすく説明する。 |

Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | This lecture provides fundamental knowledge of medical science regarding to "environments and human diseases”: understanding of mechanisms of human diseases and recent advances in prevention, diagnostics, and therapeutics. Experts in the field provide knowledge of public health, basic biology, and clinical features of human diseases. |

Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | | Special attention is paid to understand human diseases due to its importance in our daily life. Students need to understand how molecular dysregulations cause human diseases from the views of public health, biology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics. |
