Goals of the Course [JPN]
悩みのない人生を渇望しても、人は悩まずには生きられない。心が大きく揺れ動きながら成長する青年期の心理について、ピア（仲間）の重要性は言うまでもない。心理的な健康とはどういうことなのか、人はなぜ心が病むのかを、映画やドキュメンタリー番組などを通して解説しながら、基礎的なピア・カウンセリング（同じ仲間として他者を理解していく技術）を学ぶことを目的とする。また、名大生として何を知り、何ができるかを会得したピア・カウンセリング技法を活用し共に考え、周囲の資源を活かしつつ自分の専攻領域や進路を考えることも目的とする。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
Even if one craves for a life free of worries, one cannot live life without it. It goes without saying that one’s peers are important for the mind of adolescent, whose growth is often accompanied by turmoil. The purpose of this course is to learn about the basics of peer counseling, by explaining what psychological health is and why people suffer from mental difficulties. For this, we will explore characters portrayed in movies and documentary programs. Additionally, the purpose is to consider together, by utilizing the newly learned peer counseling skills, what one can know and do as a NU student, as well as to think about one’s major and future while making use of surrounding resources
