授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course [JPN] | | 青年期は心の発達において成人期前の準備期段階の時期にあたり、「自分とは何者か」といったアイデンティティの形成、「将来どのように生きていくのか」といった将来展望や家族からの独立など多くの課題をかかえる時期でもある。加えて、それまでの高校に比べ大学という環境は、自由度が格段に広がり、自己決定の機会や能動的な関与が求められ、大きな環境の変化に出会う時期でもある。
こうした人生において重要かつ不安定になりやすい時期にある学生に対して、青年期の発達的特徴と意味、青年期に陥りやすい精神的問題と解決の方法、さらに将来展望の持ち方などを講義することによって、学生生活におけるウェルビーイングの向上に役立てることを目的とする。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course [ENG] | | Adolescence is the preparatory stage of mental development before adulthood. It is the time of forming one’s identity (“Who am I”), future prospects (“How will I live in the future”), and gaining independence from one’s family. In comparison with high school, the university environment has a much greater degree of freedom, opportunities for self-determination, as well as requirements of active involvement. It is also a time of meeting great changes in one’s environment.
Lectures will be given on the characteristics and effects of adolescent development, as well as potential mental difficulties and solutions during adolescence. Attention will also be given to creating future prospects for students whose lives tend to be unstable. The contents are aimed to be helpful toward enhancing one’s wellbeing. |
