Goals of the Course(JPN)
企業や地方公共団体など、社会の現場で就業体験することにより、教育学部の授業で得た教育学および心理学の知識を確認するとともに、実社会のルールを肌で感じ、生きる上で必要なスキルを身につけることを目的とする。また、進路適性の確認と、職業選択の機会も本授業の目的である。

Goals of the Course
The purpose of this course is to confirm the knowledge of pedagogy and psychology acquired in the classes of the Faculty of Education, to feel the rules of the real world firsthand, and to acquire the skills necessary for life through work experience in social settings such as companies and local governments. The purpose of this class is also to confirm career aptitude and to give students an opportunity to choose a career.

Objectives of the Course(JPN)
この授業では、次の知識および技能を身につけることを目標とする。
・自己のキャリア形成について考えたり、これまでに身につけた技能を発揮する。
・職場で必要とされる諸能力やマナーなどの技能の基礎を身につける。
・教育学部で学ぶ他の専門科目の内容と関連させて、社会（職場）におけるキャリア形成やその支援について、教育学的・心理学的に考察する。

Objectives of the Course
In this class, the goal is to acquire the following knowledge and skills
To think about one's own career development and to demonstrate the skills acquired so far.
To acquire the basics of various skills and manners required in the workplace.
To consider career development in society (workplace) and its support pedagogically and psychologically in relation to the contents of other specialized subjects studied in the Faculty of Education.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
事前研修として、自己理解、コミュニケーション、産業社会の理解をした上で、インターンシップ事前指導に参加する。

就業体験では、原則として8月から9月の間で2週間実施する。研修日誌を作成し、振返りを行う。

事後研修では、研修報告書の作成と提出、パワーポイントによる成果発表を行い、併せて参加者間で体験を共有する。

本授業では、次の方法で評価する。
１）インターンシップへの参加およびその態度
２）成果発表会への参加と、そこでの報告の内容
３）報告書の作成と、その内容

総点60点以上を合格とする。

注意事項
Notice for Students
・研修実習時に、守秘義務に関する誓約書を研修先と締結する。
・ガイダンスから成果発表会までのすべての課程に参加できない場合は、インターンシップに行くことができない。
・介護等体験に申込をしている場合、できるだけ8月から9月初旬までのインターンシップに参加する。
・インターンシップに参加するだけでなく、報告会への参加と報告書の作成までがこの授業の対象である。

授業開講形態等
Lecture format, etc.
原則として対面で行う。状況に応じてオンライン（NUCT等によるオンデマンド授業、Zoomによるライブ授業）でも実施する。いずれにも対応できるように準備をしておくことが望ましい。
遠隔授業（オンデマンド型）で行う場合の追加措置
Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class)
NUCT・メールを使った質疑や、Zoomの回を設けた質疑によってフォローをする。詳細は、授業の中で教員から指示がある。
