授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
「社会現象」としての教育という観点にたって、多角的に教育にかかわる諸現象の考察をおこなう。また教育社会学における主要な研究パラダイムや方法論についても概説する。①社会化環境の特質と変貌、②選抜・配分装置としての教育システム、③教育社会学研究の諸パラダイム、という大きく３つのテーマを中心に授業をすすめる。

Goals of the Course
From the perspective of education as a "social phenomenon," we will consider various phenomena related to education from various angles. This class also outlines major research paradigms and methodologies in sociology of education. Classes will be focused on three major themes: (1) the characteristics and transformation of the socialized environment, (2) the educational system as a selection / distribution device, and (3) various paradigms of sociology of education.
