Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 本講義の目的は、法や政治の具体的な制度や機能の学習へと進んでいく前に、それらの背景となっている思想を学ぶことを通して、法や政治について原理的に思考するための地盤を養うとともに、日本やアジア、西洋各国など、多様な法と政治の思想に触れることによって、異なった時間的、空間的視点から、法や政治という現象を多角的に眺めていくための基礎知識を身につけることである。 |

Goals of the Course | | | The purpose of this lecture is to think in principle about law and politics by learning the ideas before proceeding to study the concrete systems and functions of law and politics. In this class, various legal and political ideas such as Japan, Asia, and Western countries will be introduced, for students to view the phenomena of law and politics from different temporal and spatial perspectives. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 各担当教員がそれぞれの専門に即しながら、
１、西洋の法思想（波多野）
２、社会主義の法思想（佐藤）
３、近現代アジアの法思想（岡）
４、アジア政治思想（姜）
５、西洋政治思想（加藤）
について講義をしていくことになる。今学期は、「佐藤教授（3回）→波多野教授（3回）→姜教授（3回）→加藤准教授（３回）→岡教授（３回）」の順番による。それぞれの具体的内容については、各教員から講義の際に説明があるので、それを参照のこと。 |

遠隔授業はNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
Remote classes are conducted via NUCT. Questions to instructors should be asked using the NUCT "Message" function.
