授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 個人の地位はますます国際的な文脈なしには議論できなくなっており、国際関係は、ますます個人の立場からの観点を抜きに議論できなくなっている。その相互連関を法的な観点から扱いたいという趣旨で、演習のテーマを「個人と国際法」としているが、相談の上、テーマをより広く設定することがある。昨年度は、「外国人の地位に関する日本判例」（春学期）「戦争犠牲者の救済―日本の立法・判例」（秋学期）、2019年度は、「ヨーロッパ人権裁判所の判例」（春学期）、「戦後補償に関する日本判例」（秋学期）、2018年度は、「刑事国際協力」（春）、「日本の民族差別」（秋）、をテーマとして設定した。2021年度考えられるテーマとしては、「マクリーン判決を徹底して読む」「国連安保理制裁と個人」がある。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | | Now on the one hand, it is so difficult to discuss the position of individuals without reference to its international context. On the other hand, it is so important to discuss international relations from the viewpoint of individuals. This seminar, the title of which is "individuals and international law", is aiming to treat with their mutual relationship from legal point of view. In last academic year, we discussed the Japanese case law relating to the status of foreingers (Spring semester) and Japanaese legislation and case law for war compensations (Autumn semester) . In academic year 2019, we examined the case law of the European Court of Human Rights (Spring semester) and war compensation cases mainly before Japanese courts (Autumn semester). The organiser of this seminar considers "Thorough reading of the McLean case" and "UN Security Council sanctions and human rights" as possible topics for this academic year. Nevertheless, the choice of topics would be subject to participants' discussion. |

Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | | 国際法の基礎知識や、（場合によっては）英語読解能力が必要とされるであろうが、国際法未修者・英語が不得手な者には、個別的にあるいはサブゼミ等で援助する体制を取る。国際法、憲法関係の科目が関連科目である。 |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | 報告と討論への参加によって目標達成度を評価する。１００点満点で６０点以上を合格とし、６０～６９点をＣ、７０～７９点をＢ、８０点～９０点以上をＡ、９０点以上をA+とする。 |

遠隔授業はNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
