Goals of the Course | | | In this course, Japanese and international students are divided into small groups and conduct seminars independently in foreign languages. The purpose of this course is to cultivate the qualities and abilities necessary to actively contribute to the solution of various problems arising in modern society and to promote international cooperation, especially in Asian countries. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 日本の法制度・政治制度一般や法学・政治学の特定分野について、文献などにあたり理解を深める。その上で、その理解に必要な基本的な知識について、日本語のほかに外国語を用いて資料を作成するなどしてわかりやすく留学生に対して説明する。互いの国の法制度・政治制度等を比較し、互いの知識や理解について確認しながら進めていく。
対象予定は、中国、台湾、モンゴル、ウズベキスタン、カンボジア、ベトナム、ミャンマー、ラオスです（留学生の受講状況次第で変わる可能性があります）。
The main target of this seminar is firstly to deepen the understanding of Japanese legal and political systems in general and specific fields of law and politics. Then, such knowledge is explained to international students in an easy-to-understand manner by preparing materials using foreign languages in addition to Japanese. Seminars are conducted by comparing the legal and political systems of each country and confirming the mutual understanding of participants.

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | ・「合・否」で判定する。
・外国語でプレゼンテーションを行い、他の参加者の発言・報告を理解し、自らの意見を伝えることができるか、演習に積極的に参加したかどうかを合格基準とする。
・演習の準備・参加態度・実施報告等を総合的に勘案して評価する。演習の準備、参加態度は、毎回の授業ごとにウェブサイトに班で書き込む記録によって判定される。実施報告は、学期の中間と期末に英語で行う発表およびそれに関する英文レポートをもとに判定される。 |

遠隔授業はNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
