授業の目的 【英語】 Goals of the Course | | This seminar revisits the discourses related to reason and tolerance in the 18th century European thoughts, which have played essential roles for the formation of our modern society. Students are invited to read some of the texts in Tolerance: The Beacon of the Enlightenment (2015), anthology originally edited in French. Through this seminar, you will deepen your understanding on the history of thought and acquire voluntary exploration ability in this field. |
