授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
保険会社の数理業務に関わる基礎知識を与え、その前提になる保険について概観する。日本アクチュアリー会の資格試験についても紹介する。
Give basic knowledge related to the mathematical operations of insurance companies, overview on the premise insurance.
And introduce qualification examination of IAJ (The Institute of Actuaries of Japan).

現在アクチュアリーは第四世代と表現する人もいますが、今回の講義はアクチュアリーの起源である第一世代が取り組んだ生命保険数理について行います。保険の中で古くからある生命保険が、どのような技術に裏付けされて出来上がっているか、そして現在も使われているかを紹介できればと思っています。
第四世代（第五世代との意見もある）まで発展したといえども、生命保険会社の業務の根幹は生命保険数理であることは間違いありません。
