Goals of the Course(JPN)

本実習は基礎実習と専門実習から構成される。基礎実習では、基礎的な遺伝学実験、生化学実験、細胞学実験等を通して実験に必要な基礎的手法を学ぶ。続いて専門実習では、現代生物学の先端研究を行う上での基礎となるような実験法を体験する。教科書等では簡単に記述してある実験手法が、多くの時間と労力、工夫と注意力、試行錯誤を必要とすることを主体的な経験を通して実感する。また、実験で得られたデータを、自らの頭で考察し、理解する訓練を行う。
This training consists of a basic training and a specialized training. In the basic training, you will learn the basic
techniques necessary for experiments through basic genetic, biochemical, cytology and other types of experiments.
Next, in the specialized training, you will practice experimental methods that are the basis for conducting advanced
research in modern biology. The experimental methods that are described in textbooks appear to be easy but in fact
require a lot of time, labor, ingenuity and attention, and sometimes trial and error to achieve the desired result. In
addition, you will gain experience in using your own head to think about, examine and understand the data obtained
in your experiments.

（生物科学実験IV、生物科学実験V、生物科学実験法及び実験VIIIおよび生物科学実験法及び実験IXは、併せて授業を
行う。）

「生物科学実験I」を履修済みであること。
