Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 科学技術の導入は社会に多大な便益をもたらしているが，同時に様々な社会的課題も生み出している。その両方の側面が存在することを前提に，利便性とリスクのトレードオフのような問題に対する考え方を学ぶ。事例分析を通じて問題の所在を明らかにした上で，問題設定や課題解決の方法を紹介する。またステークホルダへの諸影響を俯瞰した上で適切な利害配分や合意を実現する方法を紹介する。 |

Goals of the Course | | | The aim of this lecture is to acquire the sence of managing the ambivalence of modern technology. On the premise that both sides exist, students learn how to think about issues such as the trade-off between convenience and risk. After clarifying the location of the problem through case analysis, the method of problem setting and problem solving is introduced. We will also introduce methods to realize appropriate allocation of interests and agreements based on a comprehensive view of the impact on stakeholders. |
