諸外国の保健医療福祉制度、社会保障制度、リハビリテーションを取り巻く実情、地域での作業療法の実践について、実際に渡航し現地で学ぶ。

Goals of the Course
The aim of this course is to help students acquire an understanding of the actual situation of systems and philosophies that contribute to the promotion of health care and welfare such as domestic independence support, employment support, and comprehensive care system, and the role of occupational therapists in cooperation with related organizations.

以下のような知識、能力を身に付けていることを目標とする。
１．諸外国の保健医療福祉機関、制度、システムに関する制度・理念を理解する。
２．諸外国の関係機関へ赴き社会的機能・役割を理解する。
３．上記に関する情報をまとめ、他者に伝達することができる。

Objectives of the Course
At the end of the course, participants are expected to:
1. Understand the system and philosophy regarding health and welfare, system.
2. Understand social functions and roles by visiting related organization.
3. Compile and communicate to others related to above contents.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
想定される内容は以下のようである。
・事前学習
・関係機関での研修・実習
・研修内容についてまとめ、発表

学外機関への実習・研修時間は２～３日程度を想定している。
参加費用は原則自費とするが、外部資金による参加も妨げるものではない。

Assumed contents are as follows.
・ Learn in advance
・ Training and practical training at related organizations
・ Summary and presentation of training content

Practical training / training time for off-campus institutions is assumed to be about 2-3 days.
Participation costs are in principle self-paid, but participation by external funds is not disturbed.

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
事前学習内容に関するレポート、プログラム実施内容、実施後のプレゼン・レポート内容により評価する。
諸外国の保健医療福祉に関わる動向について理解していることを合格の基準とする。

Evaluate based on reports on prior learning contents, program implementation contents, and presentation report contents after implementation.
Acceptance criteria is based on an understanding of trends related to health and welfare in the world.
