授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 「運動統合作業療法学」と「運動統合作業療法学実習 」は春期を通して月曜１時限・2時限連続して開講します．
身体障害係作業療法領域で対象疾患の主軸となる中枢・末梢性疾患の評価・治療構造の基礎を踏まえ，生活支援に向けた様々な疾患や障害の具体的な評価手技・治療概念を深く理解し，応用的な身体障害系の治療学と実践を学ぶ．医療・福祉・在宅での自立的な生活や社会参加を可能にする身体障害系作業療法の医学的治療構造を考察し，その根拠と有用性について検証できる能力を養う．加速する情報支技と生活様式の変遷に即した生活支援に向け，総合的な身体系治療学について理解を深める．諸外国研究機関からの情報や成果報告をもとに，作業療法における新たな支援技術確立の可能性についても検証する． |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | | In this course, students will learn the basics of evaluation and treatment structures for central and peripheral diseases, which are the main target diseases in the field of occupational therapy for physical disabilities, and will gain a deep understanding of specific evaluation techniques and treatment concepts for various diseases and disabilities to support daily life through occupational therapy. In this course, students will examine the medical treatment structure of occupational therapy for physical disabilities that enables independent living and social participation in medical care, welfare, and at home, and develop the ability to examine the rationale and usefulness of such treatment. This course is designed to deepen students' understanding of comprehensive occupational therapy in order to support people's lives in response to the accelerating changes in information technology and lifestyles. This course also examines the possibility of establishing new assistive technologies in occupational therapy based on information and results reported by foreign research institutions. |

・ Understand the specific diagnosis and treatment concepts of various diseases and disorders related to physical dysfunction, and understand the flow of physical dysfunction and occupational therapy programs.
・ Acquire skills related to new occupational therapy treatments and new knowledge. |

Course Content / Plan | | 「運動統合作業療法学」と「運動統合作業療法学実習 」は春期を通して月曜１時限・2時限連続して開講します．
第１回 ：ICFと身体障害学の理解．身体障害領域の作業療法概論（資料別途）・身体障害系作業療法の臨床実践（視覚資料）
第２回 ：中枢神経麻痺と末梢神経麻痺の病態特性・中枢系疾患・脳血管障害を中心とした中枢神経麻痺の理解と評価
第３回 ：片麻痺の病態特性と運動麻痺の理解 1
第４回 ：片麻痺の病態特性と運動麻痺の理解 2
第５回 ：中枢・神経筋疾患に伴う合併症と作業療法 （廃用症候群，誤用症候群，構音障害，嚥下障害，排尿・排便障害）
第６回 ：中枢神経系変性疾患・脱随疾患・錐体外路疾患の作業療法 1
（多系統萎縮, MS, Parki nson病, ニューロパシー, ミオパチー, 脳炎, HAM）
第７回 ：中枢神経系変性疾患・脱随疾患・錐体外路疾患の作業療法 2・ 春１期 中枢系脳機能障害障害まとめ
（進行性神経筋疾患, ニューロパシー, 回復改善の可能性と臨床実践の理解）
第８回 ：脳神経外科領域の急性期作業療法 （頭部外傷，合併症と後遺障害，腫瘍，頭蓋内圧，放射線療法，化学療法）
第９回 ：頭部外傷の作業療法実践（急性期の医学管理と作業療法展開) と生活支援
第10回 ：中枢疾患作業療法の治療原則とプロセスの理解・治療プログラム策定へ向けた学習
第12回 ：中枢性疾患における日常生活支援（運動障害・脳機能障害）
第13回 ：中枢性疾患における日常生活支援（進行性神経筋疾患）
第14回 ：作業療法に関連する支援技術（assistive technology） １（rTMS・FES・BCI ・Neuroprosthetics・Cyber Therapy，Quantum Cyberdynamics）
第15回 ： 春期総括 試 験 |
