精神障害に対する作業療法の実践において必要になる評価・集団療法に関する知識・技能・態度を修得する。

Goals of the Course

This course deals with assessment in occupational therapy. It also enhances the development of students’ skill, attitude and knowledge of evaluation in occupational therapy for the people with mental disorders.

授業終了時に以下の内容が習得されて居ることを期待する
１．作業療法評価の意義と評価の流れを理解する。
２．作業療法評価の基本的評価方法と背景にある理論を理解し、実施できる。
３．集めたデータを整理・統合し，作業療法の目標設定をすることができる。

Objectives of the Course

By the end of the course, students should be able to do the following:
1.understanding the process and meaning of assessment in occupational therapy
2.practice of assessment based on occupational therapy theories
3.goal setting based on information gathered through assessment practice

授業の内容や構成

下記の予定で行う。
１）精神科領域に於ける基本的な作業療法の概念と基礎
２）評価のアウトラインと domain, 作業療法の構造
３）評価でのcore skill & frame work
４）５）実習Ⅰ （history, value )
６）７）実習Ⅱ (performance)
８）９）実習Ⅲ(social aspects)
１０）１１）実習Ⅳ（評価の全体構成）
１２）１３）実習Ⅴ　（Goal setting schizophrenia (acute)）
１４）１５）実習Ⅵ　（Goal setting schizophrenia (acute)-2）

4回以降の実習では各々予習課題と復習レポートを課す。

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria

提出した予習及び復習レポート（８割）と参加態度（２割）にて評定する。６０点を合格点とする。
