Goals of the Course(JPN)
情報科学の進歩と普及はめざましく、どの分野を専攻する場合でもその知識は必須のものとなっている。本講義では、情報科学の基礎理論としての情報量の基礎について学ぶとともに、情報科学の応用の典型例であるコンピュータの成り立ちの基礎を学び、情報科学の実際の応用について放射線技術科学にとって関係の深い病院情報システムを例にして学ぶ。

Goals of the Course
The advance of information science and technology is very fast and the knowledges and some experiences of this technology became indispensable for most of the research fields. In this lecture, the basics and some applications on information technology will be given, especially with the aspect relate to radiation technology.

これらの学習を通じて、放射線技術科学を学ぶものにとって必要最小限の情報科学の知識を身につけ、この分野を自習することができる基礎学力を習得することを目標とする。

With the given lecture, the basics knowledges and some experiences of information science and technology will be understood. The goal of this lecture is to understand the basic knowledges of information science and technology for the future self-learning of this research filed.

1. 情報科学の重要性
2　情報科学の歴史（ハードウエア）
3. 情報科学の歴史（ソフトウエア）
4. 医療における情報科学
5. ネットワーク
6. 病院情報システム
7. PACSと電子カルテ。
履修条件・関連する科目
Course Prerequisites and Related Courses
履修条件は特にない。情報科学と演習などが関連科目である。
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
（出席状況を参考にして）期末試験の成績によって評価する。総合点で60～69点をC、
70～79点をB、80～100点をAとする。また、90点以上の者については、上位10%の範囲内でS評価を与えるものとする。尚、「履修取り下げ制度」を採用する。
