授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 地域で生活しながら療養する者とその家族に対し、個別的な状況に応じた在宅看護を展開するためには、対象の発達段階や健康状態について理解することが求められる。そして、在宅療養環境を踏まえた全人的なアセスメントが必要である。本授業では、地域で生活しながら療養する者とその家族を支援するための基本的知識（地域での終末期看護を含む）や技術を学ぶ。 |

Goals of the Course | | | This aim of this course is to help students acquire the necessary skills and knowledge about people received care in the community and nursing method. It also enhances the development of students' skill in role and function of nursing to support patient's relocation. |
