①疾患別の対象者を想定し、倫理性と科学性（臨床論理）に基づく評価が実施できる。
②評価過程で収集した情報の統合と解釈ができる。
③事例検討により評価過程全容を理解し説明できる。
④評価者としての態度・コミュニケーション技術・リスク管理など臨地の場で応用しうる技術を身につける。 |

1. Evaluate based on ethics and scientificity (clinical logic)
2. Integrate and interpret information collected during the evaluation process.
3. Understand and explain the entire evaluation process through case studies.
4. Acquire skills that can be applied in the field, such as the attitude as an evaluator, communication technology, and risk management. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 面接・観察・各種検査や測定法を実際に学生間で体験学習することにより授業を進める。
あらかじめ教科書や資料に目を通すなど予習をして授業に臨むこと。
下記の予定で行う。
1. 身体障害領域の評価概論
2. 脳血管障害のスクリーニング
3. 脳血管障害の痙性麻痺評価
4. 脳血管障害の感覚機能評価
5. 脳神経の評価
6. 認知機能障害のスクリーニング
7. 脳卒中対象者の全体像の把握（統合と解釈）
8. バランス機能の評価
9. 協調性の評価
10. 関節リウマチの評価
11-15. 実技演習・事例演習・グループワーク
1. Introduction to evaluation of the physical disability area
2. Screening of cerebrovascular disorder
3. Evaluation of hemiplegia in cerebrovascular disorder
4. Evaluation of sensory function in cerebrovascular disorder
5. Evaluation of cranial nerve in cerebrovascular disorder
6. Screening of cognitive dysfunction
7. Integration and interpretation of assessments to client with stroke
8. Evaluation of balance function
9. Evaluation of motor coordination
10.Evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis
11-15. Practical exercise, discussion of case, and group work |

関連する科目はリハビリテーション評価学とリハビリテーション評価学実習である。

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 実技演習(30%)、事例演習レポート(30%)、グループワーク(30%)、質疑応答といった参加態度（10%）で評価する。
身障系の各種評価手技について、基本的な内容の理解と実施できることを合格の基準とする。
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following:
- Practical exercise: 30%
- Report of case study: 30%
- Group work: 30%
- Attitude in participation: 10% |

Message from the Instructor | | | Ｔシャツ・半ズボンなど実習しやすい服装で参加すること。授業で実習した検査手技等は授業時間外に復習すること。事例検討では各自が事例の統合と解釈を行い、問題点や利点についてグループ内での積極的なディスカッションを望む。授業内で提示される個別課題について事前にまとめ授業中に発表する。 |

Lecture format, etc. | | 初回も含め、講義は全て、NUCTを通じてオンデマンド動画視聴により受講する。
レポート、事例検討、グループワークは、科目終盤で一部対面実施を予定している。対面授業の日時は、本科目が割り当てられている曜日・時間内で行う。詳細は科目開講後に追って連絡する。
