Goals of the Course(JPN)
この授業では，病理学総論，および消化器疾患，呼吸器疾患，腎・泌尿器疾患，内分泌疾患，代謝性疾患，生活習慣病などの疾患の病態生理について学び，さらに，それぞれの疾患に関わる臨床検査について学ぶことで臨床検査の役割と意義についても理解を深めることを目的とする.

Goals of the Course
This course deals with general pathology and pathophysiology of the following diseases: digestive, respiratory, renal/urinary, endocrine, metabolic, and lifestyle-related diseases. It also deals the related clinical laboratory tests to these diseases and aims to help students understand the roles and significance of the clinical laboratory tests.

Objectives of the Course
The goals of this course are to
1. be able to understand the importance of pathology, and its methodology to understand disease pathogenesis.
2. be able to understand and explain the outline and pathophysiology of each disease.
3. be able to understand and explain the clinical laboratory tests related to individual disease.

2. 病気の症状・症候
3. 消化器疾患（上部消化管疾患）
4. 消化器疾患（下部消化管疾患）
5. 消化器疾患（肝疾患）
6.　消化器疾患（胆・膵疾患）
7. 呼吸器疾患（１）
8. 呼吸器疾患（２）
9. 腎・泌尿器疾患（１）
10. 腎・泌尿器疾患（２）
11. 内分泌疾患
12. 代謝性疾患
13. 生活習慣病（１）
14. 生活習慣病（２）
15. 中毒・環境による疾患，緊急時の対応

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
授業で取り上げた疾患の病態生理、それらに関連する臨床検査の意義について，正しく理解できていることを合格の基準とする. これらに関する筆記試験を実施し，60点以上を合格とする.
