授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 装具作業療法学を受け，対象者の協力を得ながら，義肢・装具を症例や疾患に応じて適切に選択し，併せて評価，訓練，効果の検証ができる知識と技術を習得する。また，代表的なスプリント等の製作・評価・訓練ができるとともに，対象者に対して装具等の装着に関する指導ができるようになる．さらに能動義手の装着，操作体験を実施することにより，能動義手装着者に対する作業療法のポイントを理解することを目標とする．新たに臨床導入される神経筋制御による新しい支援技術についても知識を深める． |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | | In this course, students will take the lecture course "Orthotic and Occupational Therapy" and acquire the knowledge and skills to select prosthetic and orthotic devices appropriately according to the case and disease, as well as to evaluate, train, and verify their effectiveness with the cooperation of the subject. In addition, students will be able to manufacture, evaluate, and train typical splints and other devices, as well as provide guidance on wearing orthotics and other devices to patients. In this course, students will be able to understand the key points of occupational therapy for patients with active prosthetic hands by experiencing the installation and operation of active U/E prostheses. Students will also deepen their knowledge of new assistive technologies based on neuromuscular control that are being introduced into clinical practice. |

To understand the latest technology of upper and lower limb prostheses, and to learn new assistive technology related to new orthoses and prostheses with neuromuscular control. |

授業の進め方
How to proceed with the class | | | 装具の製作，仮義手装着では２人一組になり，課題ごとに製作，評価，適応訓練までを実施する。自助具，福祉機器については症例問題から各グループで適応を考え，選択，作成を行う． |
