看護管理の対象、目的、方法、看護組織を取り巻く社会への視点を学び、組織を構成し看護活動を実践する者として必要な能力について考える。

Goals of the Course
This course introduces the targets, aims and methods of nursing management, and the perspective of society related to nursing organizations to students taking this course. And then, students consider about ability necessary as person who forms organization and practices nursing activity.
