この授業では, 超音波診断装置の取り扱い方法の基本と腹部の超音波診断の基礎を修得することを目的とする。

The aim of this course is to help students acquire an understanding of the fundamental principles of medical ultrasound equipment and US diagnosis of the abdomen.

本講義の到達目標は, （1）最低限必要となるUS装置の取り扱い方法の基本, （2）USによる上腹部スクリーニング法を修得することである。実機の取扱いは4年の臨床実習で学ぶ。

The goals of this course are to
(1）Obtain basic knowledge about medical ultrasound equipment.
(2) Understand screening method of the abdominal ultrasonography.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
超音波断層装置の基礎，臓器別の診断方法について，下記のテーマで講義する。

1回：超音波の基礎1
2回：超音波の基礎2
3回：ドプラ＆ハーモニック＆エラスト
4回： 造影剤＆基本所見
5回：腹部スクリーニング
6回：肝臓・胆嚢・膵臓
7回：他部位
8回：まとめと評価
なお、実機の操作は4年の臨床実習で行う（例年7月最終週の4日間）。

筆記試験で60点以上を合格とする。授業を３回以上欠席したものは評価の対象外とし，不合格とする。
