授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | クリティカルシンキング（批判的思考）の姿勢を基盤とし、看護実践の基本となる問題解決法の基本的な考え方と、看護の視点からの人間の見方とともに看護実践の展開プロセス（情報収集ならびにアセスメント，問題の明確化，計画立案，実施，評価）の方法について学ぶ。
さらに、提示した事例をもとにして実際に，情報収集，アセスメント，看護診断，看護計画の立案・実施・評価という一連のプロセスを展開することにより，今後の看護過程に必要な視点や論理的な思考プロセスなどを身につけることを目的とする。 |

Goals of the Course | | The purposes of this class is to understand fundamental knowledge of problem-solving approaches in nursing praactice based on clitical thinking and to learn the steps of the nursing process, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to deliver holistic and patient-orisbted care.
In addition, This class uses a case patient to deploy a set of the nursing process, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | 1. 看護実践における看護過程の位置づけと意義を理解できる。
2. 看護の方法論としての看護過程を理解する。
3. 看護過程の展開方法を理解する。
4 事例患者を用いて、の情報の整理・アセスメント、看護診断，問題の優先順位を決定できる． また、事例患者の目標・看護計画が立案できる．
5．看護計画の（実施）・評価，計画変更の方法を理解する． |

Objectives of the Course | | The flollowing are three goals of this course.
1. To understand rolls and signidicances of nursing process in patient care.
2. To understand nursing process as methodology of nursing practice.
3. To understand the steps of nursing process to identify patient’s health status, actual or potential healthcare problems or need.
4. To collect, organize and assess patient's information, and then to identify and then prioritize patient's problems and needs.
4. To address expected outcomes and then create nursing care plans.
5. To understand processes of implementation and evaluation.
