Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | この授業では、終了時に学生が以下の能力を身につけていることを目標とする。
・作業療法部門での主な対象疾患，特徴的な障害や問題点について簡潔に説明できる
・作業療法部門の主な治療活動種目，訓練機器，治療的適用を簡単に説明できる
・実習生としての規則や心得を守ることができ，常識としての礼儀・作法を身につける
・職業人・社会人としての責任ある行動を理解することができる
・実習施設の全体的あるいは各部署の役割や機能について説明できる
・作業療法士と他の医療・保健・福祉関連職種との連携の重要さを説明できる
・得られた情報を整理し，自分の課題も含め，自分の考えとしてまとめることができる
・作業療法に対する探究心，意欲および創造性を発揮することができる
・検査，測定，評価の部分的な体験を通して，評価技術の重要性を理解することができる
・観察，診療録，他部門からの情報収集を活用して，クライエントを理解することができる
・対象となるクライエントと適切な治療的人間関係を形成することができる
・面接および観察の機会を通して，その技術を発揮することができる |

Objectives of the Course | | By the end of the course, students should be able to do the following:
・Briefly explain the main target diseases, disorders and problems in the occupational therapy.
・Briefly explain typical therapeutic activities, training equipment, and therapeutic applications used in the occupational therapy.
・Follow the rules and learn etiquette and manners.
・Understand responsible behavior as professionals and members of society.
・Explain the roles and functions of the hospital or facility and each department.
・Explain the importance of coordination with other medical, health and welfare staffs.
・Organize the obtained information and summarize it as your own thoughts, including your future tasks.
・Show the spirit of inquiry, motivation and creativity for occupational therapy.
・understand the importance of assessment skills through partial experience of examination, measurement and assessment.
・understand the client from observations, medical charts, and information from other departments.
・Have a good relationship with the client.
・Exercise the skills through interviews and observation opportunities. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | この授業は以下の内容で構成されている。
１．事前オリエンテーション
２．身体障害分野の実習
３．実習セミナー１
４．精神障害分野の実習
５．実習セミナー２
６．発達または老年期分野の実習
７．実習セミナー３
＊２～６の順番は前後する場合がある。
実習は全て，指定の学外実習施設にて行われる。
秋学期全期間を３期に分け，各学生はローテーションで３分野の臨床実習を行なう。なお，実習分野としては，身体障害分野，精神障害分野，発達または老年期分野である。各期終了後に実習セミナーを設け，実習施設で得た経験を更に深めるため発表，意見交換を行なう。
具体的スケジュール（実習施設，実習日程など）や学習内容については実習施設が確定された段階で紹介する。 |

履修条件・関連する科目
Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | | 2年次春学期までに履修する全ての専門科目、専門基礎科目の内容の理解を前提として行う。 |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | （評価の方法）３ヶ所の実習施設での実習指導者による評価（35点満点）、実習報告書の内容（35点満点）、実習セミナー１・２・３での発表内容や質問への回答（30点満点）を総合して評価する。
（評価の基準）総点で60点以上を合格とする。 |
