近年、身体障害作業療法領域では、病院や施設の機能分化が促進され、病院・施設・事業所間の連携が重要になっている。本授業では急性期・回復期・維持期と発症からの時間軸の中で、身体障害領域の作業療法臨床に必要な知識と技術、ならびに連携について学習する。 |

Goals of the Course | | | In recent years, in the field of occupational therapy for the physically handicapped, functional differentiation of hospitals and facilities has been promoted, and cooperation between hospitals, facilities, and offices has become important. In this class, you will learn the knowledge and skills necessary for clinical occupational therapy in the area of physical disability and the cooperation between the acute phase, the recovery phase, the maintenance phase, and the time axis from the onset. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | １． 身体障害領域の作業療法の流れと安全管理（インシデントとアクシデント・感染予防）
２． 急性期作業療法実践 （人工関節全置換術・リスク管理・クリニカルパス・地域連携パス）
３． 回復期作業療法実践 （脳卒中・回復期リハ病院とリハ総合実施計画・ADL/ IADL指導・退院前訪問指導）
４． 外来作業療法実践 （腱板断裂・評価と介入計画）
５． 在宅での作業療法実践 （喀痰吸引・ケアプラン・家族指導・社会参加・QOL）
６． 維持期の作業療法実践（特定疾患・継続的介入）
７． 終末期の作業療法実践（悪性腫瘍・対象となる障害・心理過程・リンパ浮腫の管理）
８． 作業療法実践見学及び評価体験 |
