Goals of the Course | | | Required clinical practicum for development and practice of the fundamentals of nursing practice including physiological nursing intervention skill development needed to implement safe and effective patient care. Emphasis is placed on implementation of fundamental skills in clinical settings. This course provides the fundamental skills and attitudes required for the student to implement and monitor nursing interventions in clinical settings. |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | 名古屋大学病院での2週間の臨床実習に参加します。
実習修了時に以下のことができるようになることを目標としています。：
•さまざまな状態の患者に、安全で適切なケアを提供することに関連するすべての看護介入手順の基礎となる原
則を適用します。
•安全で適切な患者中心のケアを実施する方法とその根拠を理解する。
•患者を一人の人間としてとらえること、患者それぞれの思いに気づくこと、患者に敬意と思いやりを持って接す ることができる。 |

到達目標 【英語】
Objectives of the Course | | Student will attend a clinical practicum for two weeks in Nagoya University Hospital.
Upon completion of the course, the successful student:
・Demonstrates acquired knowledge and skills necessary to perform a health assessment and physical examination on a healthy adult.
• Applies the principles underlying all nursing intervention procedures related to providing safe and appropriate care to patients in different care settings.
• Demonstrates the ability to determine the method and rationale for implementing safe and appropriate patient-centered nursing care.
• Demonstrates awareness, caring, and respect for the uniqueness of patients and others. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 下記の予定で行う。
1. 実習方法
1）別途配布する実習手引きおよび実習記録をもとに、実習ガイダンスを実施する。
第１回実習ガイダンス 12月中
第２回実習ガイダンス 1月中
2）医療環境についての理解を深め，効果的な看護介入をするために，
栄養管理部・中央材料室・薬剤部・リハビリテーション部などの見学を行う。
3）所定の病棟で，コミュニケーション技術論，看護基礎技術論および看護基礎技術論演習などで学んだ
看護介入技術と，フィジカルアセスメント技術を中心に実習する。
4）実習での学びを共有するために，グループワークおよび実習報告会を行う。
2. 実習場所 名古屋大学医学部附属病院および医学部保健学科
3. 実習期間 ２月第3週～3月第1週の３週間

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 評価の方法
出席状況（20点満点）50％、適切な実習態度（10点満点）10％、カンファレンスなどでの討論への貢献（10点満点）10％、実習記録（60点満点）30％
として総点で評価する。
評価基準
出席日数の2/3を満たし、かつ総点60点以上を合格とする |

How to proceed with the class | | 1.実習期間は、担当看護師の指導のもとに看護介入技術を実施・見学する。実施・見学後にその看護介入技術を振り返り，内容を記録する。
2.実習最終日に実習報告会を行う。 |
