Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 妊娠・分娩・産褥期の女性と胎生期を含む新生児およびその家族を対象に、母性看護の特性をふまえた実践能力を習得する.

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | he course is designed to help students to integrates knowledge from the accompanying maternity nursing and Maternity Nursing Practice courses as well as provide nursing care of the woman during normal and abnormal aspects of the maternity cycle and apply the nursing process to assess, plan and implement the quality care for women during their reproductive utilizing cycle and problem solving techniques to manage physical, emotional, social and ethical problems in the areas of reproductive health, safe-motherhood.
It also considers neonate assessment and gynecological conditions of women in different stages of their lives. The major emphasis of the clinical areas are pregnancy, labor, puerperium, and gynecological problems. |

1）対象者の生理的な経過を理解し、発達課題やその役割について理解できる
2）対象者から必要な情報を収集し、対象者の全体像を把握することができる
2．対象者のニーズに応じた看護を習得する
1）ウェルネスの視点を含めて看護診断が立案できる
2）対象者に必要な看護計画が立案できる
3）看護計画にそった実践ができる
4）看護過程の評価を行い、必要に応じて修正・変更ができる
5）安全・安楽・プライバシーを考慮した援助を実践できる
3．看護者として、対象者の人権の尊重と擁護について理解する
1）対象者を取り巻く家族全体を含めた援助を考えることができる

Objectives of the Course | | At the end of the clinical experience, the student should be able to:
1. Apply interpersonal communication and ethics in caring for women with normal and abnormal pregnancy.
2. Meet the health needs of women and their infants during the childbearing experience.
3. Identify the health care problems in the multi-cultural society related to maternal health nursing and the childbearing experience.
4. Recognize role of the nurse and other health care professionals in providing care for pregnant women and their neonates.
7. Implement teaching plans to mothers, family members and communities.
8. Utilize nursing process to assess, plan and implement the quality of care for women during reproductive cycle. |

1. 実習への導入
1) 事前学習（課題レポートの提出）
2) 実習内容・方法等についてのオリエンテーション，母性看護の基本技術の復習
3) 病棟オリエンテーション
4) 受け持ち事例の紹介と挨拶
2．実習
1) 機能別実習
2) 受け持ち実習（看護過程の展開を用いて）
3．カンファレンス
1) 受け持ち事例への実践報告後，指導者からの助言を受ける。
2) 最終日に実習の反省・評価を行う。
3）ショートカンファレンス（その日の話題提供や情報共有を行う）
４．実習記録
1) 実習目標

3）受け持ち患者記録（アセスメントシート・看護計画・経過記録と経過表）
