Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 受講生の研究を中心にした当面の課題発表等を行ってもらい、それに基く全員参加の討議・討論を通して報告者の問題意識を客観化し、これからの研究に役立ててもらうことを期待している。日本をふくむ東アジア諸国の「変則的近代化」がいわゆる「公法制度」にどのような影響を及ぼしてきたのか、また、引き続き及ぼしているのか、についての「歴史」の学習と「共通理解と認識」の涵養とが、本演習の目的である |

Goals of the Course | | | The purpose of this course is to help students understand a "history" of public law in Asian countries including Japan that has been influenced under the "irregular modernization" process. The students are required to attend the class, to make presentation of each research theme and to participate in discussion. |

Course Content / Plan | | １．ガイダンス
この演習の目的と進め方についての説明を行う。自分の研究テーマを中心にしつつ、広い視野をもって知識を求める姿勢が期待される。
２．事例報告
受講者が、各自の研究テーマに関連する事例研究の到達点を報告する。
１）ウズベキスタンにおける行政独占法制
２）モンゴルにおける国家賠償判例
３）中国における行政訴訟判例
４）カンボジアにおける行政紛争事例
３．研究報告
受講者が、各自の研究テーマの到達点を報告する。
４．まとめ
この演習における一年間の研究成果を振り返り、到達点と課題をまとめる。 |

Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class) | |
遠隔授業はNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
