Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 本講義では，組織論の基礎をレビューした後に，組織現象としてのリーダーシップ論について，批判的に検討を重ねていく．Empirical Studyでは，これらの各論に関する原著論文に触れながら，社会科学系の研究論文の読み方と書き方に関するアカデミック・トレーニングを行い，それに基づいた分析的なレポートを作成・プレゼンテーションする能力を育成する． |

Goals of the Course | | | The course will provide topics related to “leadership” with up-to-date empirical studies. The course has six lessons named “Empirical Study” in which the lecturer and students discuss adequacy or techniques used in reading assignments (empirical papers). Through the discussion, the course expects students to obtain academic mind and/or skill (research ability) which are required to write/present their own study. |

履修条件・関連する科目
Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | | ・Students should have all the following requirements: (1)Basic knowledge in statistics, (2)Moderate English reading skill, (3)Japanese listening skill (The lectures will be given in Japanese). |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | ・Short report each for the “Empirical Study” (10% x 6), Term-end report (40%), Class contribution.
・Students who get 60% (the adequate level to understand the contents of assigned papers) and higher will pass the course.
Students should have all the following requirements: (1)Basic knowledge in statistics, (2)Modest English reading skill, (3)Japanese listening skill (The lectures will be given in Japanese).
・Regardless of the reason, students absent from the “Empirical study” twice and above are to fail the course. In the “Empirical Study,” active participation to discussion is expected. |

授業開講形態等
Lecture format, etc. | | 教育レベルが１以下の場合、原則として対⾯授業とする。ただし、対⾯授業を希望しない学生には遠隔（同時双⽅向型またはオンデマンド型）でも受講できるよう、「対面・遠隔（同時双⽅向型またはオンデマンド型）の併⽤」とする。遠隔はNUCT等で行う。なお、オンデマンド型の場合、教員への質問および授業に関する受講学⽣間の意⾒交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により⾏うこと。
