Goals of the Course(JPN)

生物の恒常性維持において重要な役割を担っている免疫系、特に生物に広く保存されている自然免疫系及び植物固有の植物ホルモン誘導性免疫機構に関する研究がどのように展開されてきたかを具体的に文献に沿って学ぶ。また、植物免疫機構に関する研究が今度どのように進展するかについて考察できる能力を身につける。
Innate immunity plays a major role in maintaining homeostasis for most of organisms. This class studies the historical aspects of plant hormone-mediated immunity; how researchers established and tested their hypothesis on plant-microbe interactions.

１．植物における自然免疫系に関わる遺伝子の分子進化について理解し、説明できること。

３．病害微生物のゲノム構成等について理解し、説明できること。
