理論生物物理学の方法を用いて生命現象を物理的視点から解き明かす能力を獲得する。探究心を持って新たな知見を開拓する主体的な研究姿勢を育む。
Based on basic principles of physics, we deal with important problems in theoretical biophysics. It aims to develop individuals capable of original and flexible thoughts, with an inquiring mind that seeks to understand the fundamental principles of nature.

We study molecular mechanisms of elementary biophysical processes such as electron transfer, vibrational energy transfer, and photosignal and photoenegy conversion in proteins.

1. Molecular dynamics simulation
2. Physics of transport properties
