アジアにおけるwell-beingの実現を目指し、グローバルに活躍する女性リーダーとしての資質・能力を醸成する基盤形成を目的とする。とくに、「リーダーシップ」「男女共同参画社会」と「多様性」の視点や考え方に焦点をあてる。

授業の目的　【英語】
Goals of the Course

This course aims to develop core abilities necessary for achieving well-being in Asia and working as women leaders in the global arena. Particularly, we focus on comprehension of gender-related issues & gender equality, women & leadership, and diversity perspectives.
Through intensive lectures and discussions provided by guest lecturers, students are expected to acquire 1) comprehension of gender-related issues & gender equality and diversity perspectives, 2) ability to look at issues from a comprehensive perspective and practical skills.

ゲスト講師による集中講義およびディスカッションを通して、①ジェンダー理解、多様性の理解における視点と考え方を学ぶ　②自身のジェンダー理解、多様性の理解について内省し、グルーバルに活躍するための俯瞰力、実践力の基盤を培う。

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan

グローバルに活躍する女性リーダーによる「ジェンダー理解」「リーダーシップ」「多様性」に焦点を当てたアカデミア関連のゲスト講義シリーズ。原則として水曜15:00-18:00（あるいは9:00-12:00）に実施する。国内外からのゲスト講師による集中講義およびディスカッションが含まれる。
Guest speaker lecture series. Globally active woman leaders will speak about topics related to gender equality, leadership and diversity. The lectures are usually held at 15:00 – 18:00 (or 9:00 – 12:00) on Wednesdays in the Fall semester. This series includes intensive courses or platforms with the lecturers invited from both inside and outside Japan.

ウェルビーイング履修生の受講を優先する。

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria

毎回の授業における討論への取り組み（50%）およびレポート試験（50%）により評価する。
授業内容を正しく理解し、課題に対して適切に論じられることを合格の基準とする。
