Goals of the Course(JPN)
アジアにおけるwell-beingの実現を目指し、グローバルに活躍する女性リーダーとしての資質・能力を醸成する基盤形成を目的とする。
特に「専門性」の確立と「俯瞰力」の獲得に焦点をあてる。
授業の目的　【英語】
Goals of the Course
The students try to understand what woman leaders should be made of in order to dedicate themselves to lead companies, communities, societies, nations, and so on、 for well-being in Asia.
The courses are especially focused on specialty and comprehensive perspectives.
The students will acquire the knowledge, skills, or ethos that are necessary to find a job in a global setting through lectures and group discussions with invited woman lecturers from international organizations.

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
様々な専門各術分野でグローバルに活躍するアカデミア関連のリーダーによる「俯瞰力」「リーダーシップ」に焦点をあてたゲスト講義シリーズ。
原則として水曜15:00-18:00（あるいは9:00-12:00）に実施する。 国内外からのゲスト講師による集中講義およびディスカッションが含まれる。

Guest speaker lecture series. Globally active leaders in various academic fields will speak about topics related to comprehensive perspective and leadership. The lectures are usually held from 15:00 – 18:00 (or 9:00 – 12:00) on Wednesdays in the Fall semester. The series includes intensive courses or platforms with the lecturers invited from both inside and outside Japan.
