アジアにおけるwell-beingの実現を目指し、グローバルに活躍する女性リーダーとしての資質・能力を醸成する基盤形成を目的とする。
特に「リーダーシップ」「国際キャリアディベロップメント」「企画力」および「問題解決」の理解・向上に焦点をあてる。

Goals of the Course

The objective of this course is to develop students’ skills and competencies necessary to become global leaders who can contribute to achieve well-being in Asia. In this course, students are expected to explore and plan their potential career paths to become global leaders in future by improving their “leadership skills,” “planning skills,” and “sense of mission.”

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan

国際機関、政府機関、JICA等においてグローバルに活躍する女性リーダーによる「企画力」「発信力」「問題解決」と「国際キャリアディベロップメント」に焦点をあてたゲスト講義シリーズ。原則として水曜15:00-18:00（あるいは9:00-12:00）に実施する。国内外からのゲスト講師による集中講義およびディスカッションが含まれる。
Guest speaker lecture series featuring speakers from international organizations, government or JICA. Active woman leaders will speak about topics related to planning skills, communication skills, problem solving skills or international career development. The lectures are usually held at 15:00 – 18:00 (or 9:00 – 12:00) on Wednesdays in the Fall semester. The series includes intensive courses or platforms with lecturers invited both from inside and outside Japan.

履修条件・関連する科目
Course Prerequisites and Related Courses

ウェルビーイング履修生の受講を優先する。
グローバルリーダー１を受講していること。

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria

毎回の授業における討論への取り組み（50%）およびレポート試験（50%）により評価する。
授業内容を正しく理解し、課題に対して適切に論じられることを合格の基準とする。
