授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
国際協力分野においては、国際機関、政府、市民など多様なアクターが存在する。本講義では、国際協力における多様なアクターの全体像についての基礎知識を修得した上で、国際機関における政策形成の議論やそれらが各国政府や市民に与える影響、各アクターの対立や協調についての理解を深めることで、国際協力におけるグローバル・ガバナンスの在り方について考える機会を提供する。
授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course
In international cooperation, there are different actors such as international organizations, governments and civil societies. In this course, we will first acquire the basic knowledge about the overall structure of the various actors, and then deepen our understanding of how the development cooperation policies are formed in international organisations as well as its impact on the governments and civil societies. We will also learn about the conflict and cooperation about those actors. In doing so, this course will provide an opportunity to think about the global governance in international cooperation.

・国際機関の近年の政策に関する事例を通じて、国際協力に携わる多様なアクターの関係性や政策が各国に与える影響についての理解が深まる。                                                         ・ディスカッションや発表を通じて、他者の異なる意見や考えも学ぶことで、自分の思考を発展させることができる。

Objectives of the Course
・Students will acquire basic knowledge on organisations for international cooperation.                         ・Students will deepen their understanding of the relationships among different actors in international cooperation and the impact of international deveopment policies on developing and developed countries by examining recent policies of international organizations as case studies. ・Students will develop their thinking by learning from others through discussions and presentations.

2.What are the organizations for international cooperation? : global governance and actors in international cooperation
3.What are the motivations for international cooperation?
4.How are the bilateral aid agencies organized and what are their dilemmas?
5.Who are the members in international organisations and how are the international cooperation policies formulated?
