授業の目的 【英語】 Goals of the Course | | Analyzing and designing development policies require a deep understanding of the behavior of economic agents such as consumers, producers, and the government. The Development Microeconomics course is designed to equip students with advanced knowledge of microeconomics and practical skills to study economic problems and market behavior. The understanding of the microeconomic foundations of several development problems will be used to discuss policy choices and outcomes in different contexts. |

履修条件・関連する科目 Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | Students must complete the online lecture on Basic Economics and Mathematics before taking this course. Students may take Basic Statistics or Quantitative Economic Analysis either concurrently or after taking this course. |

- Midterm Exam (30%)
- Final Exam (50%).
