この講義では、税・社会保障など財政政策についてのテーマを題材として提供します。日本が直面する政策課題について議論することを通じて、自主的探究力を育成することを目的とします。

Goals of the Course
This course provides students with some materials of various public finance policy issues, including tax, and social security. The purpose of this course is to enhance voluntary exploration ability through discussing the policy issues Japan conronting.

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
次のスケジュールにより講義を行う。所得課税の現状と課題・法人課税の現状と課題・資産課税の現状と課題・社会保障の現状と課題

Lectures will be given on the following schedule.
Capter1:Current issues of income taxation,
Capter2:Current issues of corporation taxation,
Chapter3::Current issues of property taxation,
Capter4:Social security system in Japan

履修条件を要さない。There is no precondition to take this course.
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
講義内で2回提出するレポートにより、評価する。C・C⁻評定以上を合格要件とする。Report 100%(twice in the series of classes). Credit is given to C- or C, or higher grade.
教科書・参考書
Textbook/Reference Book
テキストは使用しない。参考文献については、講義の中で紹介する。
