The objective of this lecture is to learn the basic academic knowledge related to sustainable development, environmental management and international cooperation
in developing countries for infrastructure development.

1.日本および途上国における持続可能な開発論，環境管理や国際協力の枠組みについて，基礎的事項を理解し，説明できる．

The goals of this lecture are as follows.
1. Students will be able to understand and explain the basic methods of sustainable development, environmental management and framework of international cooperation in developing countries.
2. Students will be able to consider several developmental issues comprehensively by applying the above basic knowledge.

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria

必要に応じた各回の授業時の小レポート（20％）と期末レポート80％の総点で評価する。
総点で60%以上を合格要件とする。

Evaluation is based on essay exam (20%) and final examination (80%).
Score of 60% is the minimum requirement for passing.
