Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 地震発生やテクトニクス等の地球表層部の変動現象を地殻・マントルで構成されるリソスフェア−アセノスフェア系の力学を通して理解することを目的とする．その為に必要な連続体力学，破壊力学，及び物理数学の修得をねらう．
※本講義の目的・ねらいはDP1に対応する． |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 〇秋学期の授業は，受講人数や状況の推移に応じて，遠隔・対面の何れかの形式で行なう．
〇対面にて行なう場合には，教室は環境総合館講義室３とする．
1．変形と破壊の力学
テンソル代数の基礎，応力，歪み，運動方程式，線形弾性論，変分法，ポテンシャルエネルギー，非弾性歪み，転位，亀裂，J積分
2．粘弾性とリソスフェア−アセノスフェア系の力学
粘弾性，プレートテクトニクスの力学モデル，地震発生の物理モデル
※本講義では，講義内容に関連するトピックについての小レポートを複数回課す． | 1. Mechanics of deformation and fracture
2. Viscoelasticity and mechanics of the lithosphere-asthenosphere system
※Students are required to submit short reports on the several topics in this course. |
