Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 本授業は，環境にかかわる諸問題をマネジメントやシステムの視点から，持続性と安心・安全から観た環境学の学識を養うことを目的とする。［該当DP1］
マネジメントシステムは，目的を達成するための方針や目標を掲げ，計画(Plan)，実践(Do)，点検(Check) ，見直し(Act) の繰返しを通して，卓越した活動成果を生み出し，社会環境への適合と持続的な成長を目指す仕組である。 |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | | 本授業の目標は，マネジメントの質向上を図る Plan-Do-Check/Study-Actサイクルを推進するために必要な，プロセスの可視化，システムの構造化や設計手法の特徴を理解することである。また，事例研究を通して，マネジメントの基本概念と考え方を身につけ，システム全体を統合して俯瞰する応用力を培う。 |

Objectives of the Course | | | Upon completion of this course, students should be able to have a basic understanding of key concepts on Plan-Do-Check/Study-Act management cycle to improve qualities, and also to understand the methodology or application to integrate systems from bird's-eye view. |

Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 課題解決のための分析力・洞察力・対話力を問うアセスメント(60%)，ワークショップへの能動的な態度や関与 (40%)。
成績評定は，全学共通の６段階評価基準に沿って行う。 | Self-assessment for activities of this coursework from viewpoints of capabilities on analysis, communication, and discernment : 60%

Study Load(Self-directed Learning Outside Course Hours) | | 事前に，講義やワークショップで扱うマネジメントやシステムに関する用語及び概念を調べ，準備をしておく。
事後に，講義やワークショップにおける学修活動を通して身につけた資質・能力を，所定のワークシートを用いてアセスメントする。 | Students are encouraged to make a preliminary investigation or inquiry of terminology and concept on system and management sciences.
After every class, the students assess the knowledge, the skill, and the competency/capability fostered by course activities, using the specified worksheet. |
