日欧米各国の都市計画制度を基礎に、デザイン・ガイドラインの事例を参照しながら、景観デザイン再生のための行政を比較論じる。国内外（イタリア、フランス、イギリス、ドイツ、アメリカ、カナダ、日本）の都市計画制度、景観デザイン、ランドスケーププランの事例を講義で学習する。

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | 出席を前提に、中間報告書（40%）、最終発表（60%）をもとに、総合点60点以上をC、70点以上をB、80点以上をA、90点以上をA+とする。 | Grading will be based on required presentations.
First presentation: 40%, Final outputs and presentation: 60%.
A+:90 points and above, A: 80-89 points, B: 70-79 points, C: 60-69 points. |
