Goals of the Course(JPN) | | この講義は、環境法のうち、その総論分野に重点を置いて講ずるものである。わが国の環境法もまた、個々の環境問題への法的対応として形成されてきた。本講義では、その過程を追体験し、全体像を把握するとともに、それに通底する理念・原則、および個別の環境法制度に共通して観察される法的仕組みについて理解することを目的とする。

Goals of the Course | | This course provides students with a basic understanding of Japanese environmental law. We will focus on the history of environmental legislation; environmental law principles; approaches for environmental protection (command and control approach and other supplemental approaches), and environmental impact assessment legislation.

Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 学期末試験（80％）および平常点（20％）による。
