授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | この講義では、グローバリゼーションとポスト工業社会にともなう現代社会の変化として、社会的排除や新しい社会的リスクの問題を検討する。介護・福祉や防災などの課題解決において、行政や制度のみでは限界があり、住民主体のまちづくりやコミュニティ活動の重症性が認識されている。市場、国家、コミュニティのガバナンスや、市場や制度の限界を補完する社会関係資本について理解を深める。

・大都市におけるコミュニティ | This course examines changes and problems in the contemporary society through the key term 'globalization' and 'post-industrial society’: social exclusion or new social risk. As the solution of these problems the importance of community or informal network is getting reaffirmed. We deepen understanding of the governance of markets, states, and communities, and social capital that complements the limits of markets and institutions.
