授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 食と農は、最も身近な存在であるがゆえに、現代社会が抱える様々な課題を映し出している。本授業では、食と農のグローバル化が進む中で生じている様々な変化とその対抗的動きについて、これらをどのように社会学的観点から理解できるか、またその社会経済文化的意義について概説する。受講者数に応じて文献購読とディスカッションを組み合わせる。

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | Agriculture and food are now attracting wider public attention. As a newly developed sociological field, I would like to review sociology of agriculture and food through focusing on various changes, such as globalization and counter-movement, scientization of farming, standardization of food, and so on. Reading and discussion sessions would be included depending on the number of students.
