Objectives of the Course | | | This seminar aims to achieve capabilities on imagination, application, and integration through architecture and analysis of artifact and its environment from the viewpoint of the process systems thinking that values human factors. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | この一連のセミナーは，大学院生として求められる資質・能力を醸成するために，次の論題と手法を扱う。
(1) 組織文化を活かした企画や評価の方法論
(2) 組織活動の質向上に資する情報のマネジメントと分析
(3) 思考力と想像力を醸成するための創造的な場の設計
(4) プロセスシステム思考による業務及びサービスプロセスの可視化と再設計
また，修士及び博士論文に活かされるような主題や課題も扱う。
なお，履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。
連絡事項（対面もしくは遠隔の実施形態を含む）はNUCTの「お知らせ」にて掲示します。 | This series of seminars will cover the following topics and methods, that are designed to foster students' capabilities required as graduate students.
(1) Methodologies for planning and assessment according to organizational culture
(2) Information management and analysis to progress organization activities in quality
(3) Design the "BA" to cultivate the power of rational thought and imagination
(4) Redesign of business and service processes based on process systems thinking
Selected topics could be developed in graduate student's master/doctor thesis. All participants are required to attend the guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar.
