授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 歴史的建造物に関する基礎的情報を収集し、それらを正当に評価し、それらに新たな価値を付加する方法を学ぶため、具体的な歴史的建造物の保存・再生・活用計画を立案する。
2020年度の課題は、愛知県または岐阜県内に現存する歴史的建造物を対象として、実習を進める。詳細は、第1回目の授業にて説明する。

Goals of the Course | | 【Aims】In order to study some methods of getting basic information about historical buildings, evaluation for them, and adding values to them, you should create historic building preservation, regeneration and utilization plan. In practice in 2020, students are requested to draw up proposals for the preservation and renewal of a historical buildings located in area of Aichi or Gifu Prefecture. On the first class, telling you some information.

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 秋学期の授業は対面授業にて行う。教室はES総合館 ５階 第１会議室とする。初回の授業は、１１月２５日（木）８：４５から開始する。
愛知県に現存する歴史的建造物について、①歴史的建造物の調査・分析・評価 ②歴史的建造物の保存・再生・活用プログラムの策定 ③実践的保存・再生・活用案の作成 ④保存再生活用案のプレゼンテーション という4点に関する実習を行う。具体的日程は本演習開講時に提示し、それに従い、5回のエスキースと2回の講評会を行う。開講日程は秋学期後半１１月２５日から２月３日までとする。
１）歴史環境デザイン実習出題と対象建物調査のためのオリエンテーション〔90分〕
２）敷地および対象建物現地調査〔180分〕
３）エスキス１：調査に基づく分析・評価、保存再生活用方針の検討、それに基づくスケッチと模型による草案チェック〔180分〕
４）エスキス２：平面図・立面図・断面図・模型による草案説明とチェック〔180分〕
５）エスキス３：平面図・立面図・断面図・模型の修正案による草案チェック〔180分〕
６）中間講評会：平面図・立面図・断面図・模型による講評〔180分〕
７）エスキス４：中間講評を受けた平面図・立面図・断面図・模型の修正案確認〔180分〕
８）エスキス５：平面図・立面図・断面図・模型による草案チェック〔180分〕
９）最終講評会：完成図面・模型による講評〔180分〕 | On 2021-22 academic year, regarding the existing historic buildings in Aichi Prefecture, 1） Survey / analysis / evaluation of historic buildings, 2) Formulation of programs for preservation / regeneration / utilization of historic buildings, 3) Creation of practical preservation / regeneration / utilization plans, 4) Preservation / regeneration Practical training on four points: presentation of utilization plans.
This studio will start from Nov. 25, 2021 to Feb. 3, 2022.
On this design studio students learn the design theory, methods of preservation of historical heritages, and urban planning in historical districts.
1) Orientation including survey on historical building.
2) Checking on conception, and program.
3) Checking on drawing of plan, section, elevation and model.
4) Checking on drawing of plan, section, elevation and model.
5) First review
6) Checking on drawing of plan, section, elevation and model.
7) Checking on drawing and presentation.
8) Final review. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | 提出課題の内容と、講評会や授業中での質疑応答の内容を勘案し、総合点(100点満点)にて、60点以上をC、70点以上をB、80点以上をAとする。提出課題の採点は、設計主旨(30％)、設計内容(50％)、表現力(20％)について評価する。 | Evaluation will be based on the score of your work on three points as follows;
(1)conception
(2)program and planning
(3)presentation
60-64: C-, 65-69::C, 70-79:B, 80-94: A, 95-100:A.+ |

Reference Book | | | 建築設計や都市設計の知識を有することを前提に授業を進める。また、歴史的建造物や文化財保護制度について学習しておくこと。なお、2003〜05年度は愛知県庁大津橋分室（旧愛知県信用組合、1934年竣工）、2006〜07年度は愛知県津島市に現存する旧名古屋銀行津島支店（1929年竣工、鉄筋コンクリート造、2005年国の登録有形文化財に登録済み）を対象として同様の課題をおこなったので、受講者は参考にするとよい。 | | In this practice you should draw and make some models in order to complete your work, so you need have an experience of architectural studies and a good knowledge of architecture. Then you should study some regulation of historical buildings or cultural properties. |
