リハビリテーション療法学理学療法領域の学位指定必修科目である。リハビリテーション療法学の中でも理学療法領域の臨床・基礎研究の概要を知り、理学療法学の科学的解析方法や、臨床における課題解決方法を学ぶことを目標とする。

Goals of the Course
Students of Physical therapy course must earn this class which is for the students who want to get the master degree of rehabilitation science. This class introduces the foundations of clinical and basic research in rehabilitation, and the aim of this class is to help students acquire an understanding of scientific verification and clinical problems solution.

理学療法領域における、内部障害・神経疾患・筋骨格器疾患・ガン・女性疾患および予防におけるリハビリテーション臨床研究や、リハビリテーションに関わる疾患病態の発症メカニズム解明といった基礎研究内容について学ぶ。

In the end of this class, the participants are expected to describe the several clinical and basic researches performing in the rehabilitation science. The researches in the special interest are are listed below.

1. 内部障害・予防　（Internal organ disease/Prevention）
2. 神経疾患 (Nerves disease)
3. 骨格筋生理と筋形成のメカニズム、骨格筋疾患発症の分子機序 (Muscle disease)
4. がんリハビリテーション (Cancer rehabilitation)
5. 痙縮研究　　　　　(Spasticity after CNS disease)
6. 女性疾患 (Women's health)
7. 筋骨格器 (Motor disorder)
8. 内部障害、予防 (Internal organ disease/Prevention)

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
教員ごとに均等に配点し、その合計点によって評価する。
教員により講義の参加状況、討論への貢献、レポート, 小テストなど総合的に判断する。
Score is uniform allocated to each instructors and the students are evaluated by the total score.
Grading will be decided based on attendance, reports, exam, and assessment of performance in each classes.
