授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 次世代育成看護学セミナーで明確にした自身の課題あるいは研究テーマに沿った文献等を収集し、クリティークを行い、自身の研究課題を明確にし、研究計画の立案を行う。
小児がんや重症心身障害, 先天性あるいは進行性, 慢性疾患など, 何らかのスペシャルニーズをもつ子どもと家族を中心に、対象を取り巻く健康問題および看護の理念，看護実践における現状の課題・トピックスについて演習を通して学び，今後の実習課題を明確化できる。 |

Goals of the Course | | | This course deals with the health issue, nursing practice principles, and topic focus on children and their families with special needs, such as children with cancer, technology-dependent, congenital disorder, or progressive or chronic conditions. It also enhances the development of students' skills in carrying out nursing research. |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | この講義修了時に学生は、小児がんや重症心身障害, 先天性あるいは進行性，慢性疾患など，何らかのスペシャルニーズをもつ子どもと家族を中心に，
1)子どもと家族への看護に関する基本理念・研究の動向を探求し説明できる。
2)子どもと家族への看護実践について，最新の知識，技術を探求し説明できる。
3)子どもと家族の事例を通して，看護実践における重要な課題を明確化する。
4)子どもと家族全体へのエンパワメント，看護技術，ケアシステムの評価・開発方略について説明できる。 |

Objectives of the Course | | The course goals are to focus on children and their families with special needs, such as cancer, technology-dependent, congenital disorder, or progressive or chronic conditions, and to achieve the followings:
1) Explore and explain the principles of child nursing practice, and the nursing research topic trend focuses on children and their families.
2) Explore and explain the recent knowledge and skills of clinical nursing practice for children and their families.
3) Clarify the important issue of child nursing practice through the case analysis in topics.
4) Explain the empowerment of the whole family, nursing skills, and strategy for evaluating and developing a care-system with children and their families with special care needs. |

Course Content
1-2. Child with chronic condition and their family: social, medical, welfare and nursing situation and trend, theory and concept concerning the topics of health issue.
3-4. Child with disability and their family: social, medical, welfare and nursing situation and trend, theory and concept concerning the topics of health issue.
5-9. Exercise of child and family nursing skills: Communication, integration of information, strength approach, evaluation.
10-12. Case analysis for improvement of quality of life: Perception of the illness or disability, Life cycle a life event and Adherence.
13-15. Discussion: Current important issue. |

How to proceed with the class | | 看護実践現場における事例を取り上げ，子どもや家族の治療・ケア参加の現状をふまえながら，看護実践上の知識，技術，ケアシステムについて包括的に検討する。演習および事例検討にあたっては，文献レビューに基づいた知識，技術を十分に活用する.
