Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 主にアメリカ憲法の判例・学説に関わる文献（英文）を講読して、英米憲法に関する理解を深める。日本の憲法学はアメリカ憲法学から強い影響を受けており、日本の憲法・憲法学をより深く理解するためには、アメリカ憲法に関する基礎的知見を身につけることが有益である。本講義を通じて、アメリカ憲法に関する基礎的知見を身につけ、それを通じて日本国憲法に対する理解を深めることが、この講義の目的となる。 |

Goals of the Course | | | The aim of this course is to help students acquire the basic ideas and skills to understand the Anglo-American constitutional law and its theory. The study of the Constitution of Japan was strongly influenced by the study of the Constitution of the United States, and in order to gain a deeper understanding of the Constitution and the Study of the Constitution of Japan, it is beneficial to acquire basic knowledge of the Constitution of the United States. The purpose of this lecture is to deepen students' understanding of the Constitution of Japan by acquiring basic knowledge about the Constitution of the United States. |

(1)Obtain basic knowledge about the case law of the American constitution.
(2)be able to understand and explain the similarity and difffrence between the American constitutional case law and the Japansese constitutional case law. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 1：ゼミの打ち合わせ
英米憲法学の近年の動向を概観した上で、検討文献を選定する。
2：演習（報告）/全6回（予定）
毎回、1名の報告者が各自選んだ文献につき、報告を行なう（45～60分程度）。報告では、文献の概要を紹介した上で、著者の議論に対して論点を提示することが求められる。その後、参加者全員で討論を行なう。 |

Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | | 前期に開講される「憲法特殊研究ⅡA」と後期に開講される「憲法特殊研究ⅡB」とは、継続して受講することが強く望まれる。 |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 平常点による（報告及び討論への参加）。
アメリカ憲法に関する基本的な概念を正しく理解し、それ用いて論述できることを合格の基準とする。
Students will be assessed by presentations and contributions to class discussion.
The criteria for passing the examination shall be to correctly understand the basic concepts concerning the Anglo-American constitutional law and its theory, and to be able to logically examine and discuss them using them. |

遠隔授業はNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
