2. Courts in Japan and their jurisdiction 1) Supreme Court 2) High Court 3) District Court 4) Family Court 5) Summary Court
3. Training system for lawyers in Japan 1) Comparison of the proportion of lawyer population between countries 2) Training for lawyers and the Law School 3) Education of required facts (in relation with civil law, commercial law and civil procedure law) 4) Recognition of facts
4. Flow of the procedure for civil litigation 1) Maintenance of civil case 2) Civil trial (civil procedure and non-contentious litigation) 3) Enforcement of civil cases (compulsory execution and execution of security interests) 4) Different bankruptcy systems 5) ADR (reconciliation made in and authorized in the court, civil mediation, family mediation, arbitration, others)
5. Principles in civil trial 1) Public 2) Direct 3) Right of disposing 4) Argumentation and authority detection
